Job Description
Environmental Reclaim LLC, provides electronics (e-waste) recycling services to companies through-out the country, located in Columbus Ohio and Carson City Nevada. We are looking for an experienced Business Development Sales Associate to identify, onboard and manage the customer relationships for new accounts. Candidate must demonstrate knowledge of the e-waste recycling business and provide a history of past customer relationships.

The Candidate

·        Prior experience in the e-waste/ITAD industry, established relationships with large enterprise and or ITAD and e-waste recycling companies

·        Experience with drafting agreements, writing proposals and responding to RFP’s

·        Candidate must be a self-starter, work remotely and have references of good customer service

·        Have basic knowledge of IT hardware and commodities derived from there recycling

·        Good speaking and presentation skills

The Position

·        Promote and sell electronics recycling services, including EOL disposal and destruction of electronics. Shredding/dismantling/reporting/logistics

·        Working at one of our locations or remotely, make telephone calls, scheduling web or face to face meetings providing prospective clients presentations and proposals

·        Participating in RFI’s and RFP’s to provide solutions for client needs

·        Research to identify potential customers, create and maintain records for contacts created and connections made

·        Draft Proposals, price quotes, work orders etc..

·        Learn and understand Environmental Reclaims Management System that is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and R2

·        Provide excellent customer service to maintain long term customer relationships

·        Works with management on short- and long-term strategy for business development  

Requirements

·        2+ years preferred in the E-waste/ITAD industry

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills, good presentation skills

·        Knowledge of Electronics device types and commodities derived from recycling

·        Successful track record in sales

·        Able to travel when required
